A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. 

What will it cost?

The inspection fee varies depending on size, crawl space, multiple structure, pool and or spa and sometimes geographic area. 

How long does it take? 

The average home inpsection takes approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours (depends on size and condition)

Do I have to be there during the inspection?

It is not required, BUT highly reccomended. You will be able to ask the inspector questions and be able to obtain better knoiwledge about the property.
